Program (Canada)
The Provincial
Nominee Program is built by the Canadian Federal Government to allow the
provinces to nominate immigrants for the particular provinces. The Federal
Government doesn’t participate in this program and the provinces are solely
responsible for carrying out the program for themselves. The provinces use this
program to nominate skilled/unskilled foreign workers according to their labor
demand in the province. Here, an applicant can express their interest in a
certain province either directly or through the Express Entry system.
Each of the 10 provinces and 3 territories has its own streams and requirements which target different groups, this includes students, business people, skilled workers, and semi-skilled workers.
The processing time might be up to 6 months if applied via Express entry.
2) Skilled Nominated Visa
(Australia)
The state or territorial government nominates the candidates for the Skilled Nominated Visa. But it works in this way; once you submit your application or Express of Interest, it will be viewed by the government personnel and get nominated or accepted if you would have the desired skillset. You will receive a letter of invitation upon selection. However, the processing time can take up to 15-17 months depending on the process.

this program is made for international qualified, skilled, or experienced

in Canada. Although having a job is not mandatory to apply for the above
program, but holding an offer can increase your chances.
The processing time in this program can
take up to 6 months.
2) Skilled Independent Visa (Australia)
You must have a suitable skill assessment
for this program that allows individuals to permanently stay in Australia. It
also has a travel component that expires five years after the date of issue.
However, it might take up to 25 months to get fully processed.
